Original acrylic painting on stretched canvas measuring 90 x 60 cm

This elegant painting is a bit atypical for me since it consists of a more simple colour scheme than my usual paintings: Various shades of blue with gold and copper on a background of white and nude colours.

What do you see in this painting? I feel it is one with as many interpretations as there are viewers. I see beautiful mosques in the cityscape of Istanbul or gentle domes hit by sunlight in a small Greek village.
